Saturday, February 11, 2017. Sawyer and I put got the potatoes planted this past Friday. This year we are planting Red Pontiacs. We had a great time cutting the eyes, turning the soil, and getting the trenches dug out. Most folks in Texas plant their potatoes on Valentines, but it has been so warm for February we went ahead and got them in the ground early!
